I provide both short- and long-term therapy for individuals with a variety of issues and challenges, such as depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, relationship issues, emotional instability, pain management, and others. In some cases, specific issues can be resolved or improved quickly.

I am experienced in helping individuals create and strengthen healthy, compassionate relationships within themselves to develop positive change overall. I offer different approaches, such as EMDR, dream work, art therapy, voice dialogue, and many other methods, to tailor treatment to fit each individual.
